Abstract: In the software industry, the ultimate measure of business value is how well the software produced meets the needs of end users. In this session, Menlo High-tech Anthropologists will walk you through their unique rapid iterative design process and their collaboration with developers during implementation to ensure that user feedback effectively informs all phases of design and development.
